What I Will Do Today

Often we write lists and notes for ourselves so that we don't forget something important.  The list above is a great post-it note to stick on your fridge or your computer monitor to remind you that there is more to life than what we focus on.

Gratitude – being grateful – is a characteristic that all of us need to work on.  It does not seem to come naturally.

Kindness – being kind to all – is a gift to yourself as well as others.  Hearing the words, "You are very kind", is a boost to well being.
