It is Sunday, January 16, 2011, and Roger and I have been pulled again to Montezuma’s Well.  I feel such a strong connection to the place that I tell Roger that I must have lived here at some point in my lives because I must go here every time I am in the Sedona area.

This visit is quite different from previous ones.  The energy last time felt guarded although it was accepting and engaging.  This time, the energy was warm and welcoming.  As Roger and I spent our time around the well, we gradually could “see” the guardians emerging, as though they were just getting up.   At first I thought that the energy was about the end of winter.  Sedona had more snow than in previous years.  And, different people told us that it was colder than they could remember.

However, as the Guardians talked, they sent images of the Well closing in; that their time of guarding was done; and that all the land around the Well would be smooth.  The images that the Guardians sent were showing completion of a task.  My understanding of the time line was that the walls would begin to shift and crumble starting around June/July of 2011.

As we walked, more images came, and the Guardians sent us a blessing for the work we have done, spiritually, with the Well.  We are grateful that we had this visit.

  1. You know, at first I felt sadness for the expected change but something in your post suggested happiness...

  2. Elena - you are correct. This is not a sad thing; it is a recognition of the completion of a task, done very well. All things do need to have an ending so that there can be another beginning.
